How to Order

You can place an order either directly through the website via the contact page or drop me a direct message on social media (Facebook, Instagram). Please include details on the item you are requesting such as number of servings, themes/colours, any dietary requirements and what date the order is required. I aim to get back in touch within 2-3 days. I ask for at least 1 months notice for all bookings however, you may want to book further in advance to avoid disappointment. Please check social media for regular calender updates.

Currently I can only offer collection from NG11 (Nottingham). Please make sure that this is suitable for you to collect before placing an order.

Do you require a deposit for orders?

For bespoke cake orders, I require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the remaining balance will need to be paid the week of collection of the order. Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

For seasonal menu orders, payment is required in full to confirm your order.

Are all of your cakes gluten free?

Yes they are! Since being diagnosed witch Coeliac Disease, I can only handle gluten free flour and ingredients. This means that those who are coeliac, have a gluten allergy or intolerance, can order with the knowledge that they will be safe. For those of you who have no restrictions, I promise you won’t be able to tell the difference!

Do you cater for other dietary requirements?

Yes! As someone who lives with a restricted diet, I understand how hard it is to find good cakes and treats these days! Most cakes I offer can be adapted but please let me know what you require in as much detail as possible when placing your order. Please be reassured that I will take care and consideration to avoid any cross contamination of allergens but be aware that my kitchen does handle things like eggs, dairy and nuts.

How long will my order stay fresh for?

I recommend eating all cakes and macarons within 5-7 days to enjoy them at their best!

How should I store my baked goods?

For bespoke stacked cakes, store in the fridge and make sure to bring out at least 1 hour before serving. Once cut, it can be kept out at room temperature, preferably in an airtight container.

You can store your cupcakes at room temperature. If you are able to transfer them to an airtight container, they will keep better. Storing cakes in the fridge for the long term will likely dry them out.

All macarons will keep well in the fridge in an airtight container but they can also be left out a room temperature too.

If you have any other questions about ordering, please don’t hesistate to get in touch via social media or the contact page.
